The Artist: Sylvie Aubert
Sylvie Aubert was born in Périers in Manche in 1960. After an artistic formation in Paris, she participated, during some ten years, in several motion-picture cartoons creations. She is sensitive and passionately fond of decoration, she creates furniture for big houses, frames for painters, jewels in shell…atmosphere canvas by working with materials; for example, the “KANJI”. “It is the letter’s esthetic and its poetic evocation which interest me the most in the KANJI”.
