Jie Zhou

Biography

Raised in Suzhou, China by his grandmother, Jie’s memories of his homeland figure prominently into his work. He is particularly fascinated by the breathtaking beauty that lies just under the rough surfaces of modest village life. He received his Master of Fine Arts from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco and has participated in group and solo exhibitions across the country.
