Biography

We are delighted that internationally collected artist Nel Whatmore is joining the Indigo Collection. Since graduating Nel has had overwhelming success, and has been widely exhibited. Already well known for her floral prints, Nel has made a selection of 7 landscapes in pastel available to Indigo Art on an exclusive bespoke basis. It is perhaps the realist" element of Nel's artwork that makes it so enticing, "Everything I do is from life", she explains. Experimentation with materials, technique and colour is clearly present within her artwork. The scenes represent places that reflect personal aspects of her life, and evoke an atmosphere of serenity that captures a thousand memories."
