C.W. Scott

Biography

CW Scott was born in Denver Colorado. After moving several times as a child and then with her husband, the family has come back to their Colorado roots and now reside in Littleton, Colorado. After three years of study in art history, CW found that the creative process of others was not nearly as exciting and satisfying as creating and designing oneself. Although CW spent the next few years focusing on the techniques of other artists, she discovered getting into the paint and canvas and learning through doing was her best teacher. CW now divides her time between photographing nature and then interpreting what she sees and loves into her artwork.

Her art has sold in galleries throughout most of the western United States as well as Canada and England, and has now made its way to the New York and New Jersey area through publishers and licensing agents.
