Luke Versey
Biography
Luke started taking black and white pictures with an old camera at the age of eight. His father was a great influence on the young photographer encouraging him to view the world through a lens. Luke’s passion for taking photos continued to grow throughout his teenage years and by the age of 15 he was regularly taking pictures wherever he went. Two of Luke’s great passions in life are travel and photography. He believes that travel has broadened his view of the world and provided fantastic opportunities to capture the most beautiful scenes on camera, from the New York City views to the waters of Bermuda. These captivating scenes helped Luke to capture in an image, the emotions felt at the moment he took the picture.
Luke has mostly captured seascapes and landscapes but recently he has been experimenting with long exposures and reflections in different materials. This digital enhancement has brought a contemporary and exciting aspect to Luke’s images.
