Biography

Born in 1952 in Bruxelles, Belgium, self-taught and professional, this artist likes places full of beauty, spaces that breath and seduce.

Viviane’s painting has brought her throughout the world, particularly in Quebec, French Polynesia, and the USA where she reinforced her technique while working with painter Jackson Collins. In her paintings, Viviane wakes up the spirit of the scene, playing with impressions and composing with pattern. She preserves some details while erasing others and creates shades that respond to each other. The tones of her work are mixed in a vivid fairyland of colors. Each brilliantly orchestrated piece contains the spontaneous touches of pulsating colors, expressing vibrating sensations that are full of seduction. Viviane’s sincere and generous palette immortalizes fleeting instants of life while preserving the richness of feelings and the power of light.

Viviane works in her studio, a space where a serene atmosphere prevails to provide the artist with tranquility and peace of mind.
