Perspex/AcrylicOur acrylic prints are printed on 10mm thick high-gloss Acrylic Perspex that is both water and fade resistant for 100 years. The material is ideal for modern contemporary works of art and photography. Our finished products are extremely robust and can be displayed either indoors or outdoors without any degradation of the glossy finish. Unlike many acrylic printers (who tend to print an adhesive vinyl laminate), we use a direct print process that results in extremely high-definition works of art. We also apply white UV ink directly to the acrylic, ensuring maximum luminance. Each acrylic print can be customised with a choice of Satin Silver, Polished Chrome or Anodized Black wall Fixings and is shipped with a precision cut wall mount template to assist accurate wall hanging. Bespoke - Perspex/Acrylic ArtAcrylic art is a growing phenomenon and ours are great quality. There are different ways to create this art product. Our method involves mounting photo quality prints on museum grade cotton rag to the face of 5mm Perspex with a clear adhesive and then adding another layer of 5mm Perspex on top. This combination with Perspex brand and guaranteed acrylic makes for one of the most archival printed acrylic products on the market, a particular benefit for photographic professionals and artists. The finished result is stunning and unlike anything else. The light plays interestingly on the two separate layers of Perspex to add extra dimensions to the overall effect. Acrylic art is perhaps even more modern, minimal and uber cool than the canvas print, if that is possible. Its robust nature makes it perfect for bars, hotel rooms, clubs, spas, corporate and public places. It also looks fantastic in the home. Some other makers print directly onto acrylic, which while suiting some modern art designs, is usually not photographic print quality, and the inks crack and chip. White cannot always be printed meaning many photos will look unnatural (unless against a brilliant white wall). Where white is printed this can mean that screen printing is being used – an older print method known for its lower quality. Product Advantages
