   Arty Prints products and services are intended for sale to customers aged 18 years +. We will not knowingly use, collect or retain any personal information from anyone under the age of 18 years. If it is brought to our attention that the data of an under 18 year old has been collected by our website we will delete it.

You may also request that the Company ceases from processing your personal information and that it deletes this from its database or records. Please note that it may be impossible to completely delete your information because of back-ups and records of deletions.

When you enter sensitive information such as your credit or debit card number on our online registration or our Arty Prints order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). The means to protect your information is very reliable however electronic storage and internet transmission is not 100% secure and whilst we do all that we can to protect this data we can assume no liability for an disclosure of data due to unauthorised third party access or due to errors in transmission beyond Arty Prints reasonable control.
